Brand New 6 Sided Wrapping Machine


This machine was purchased in 2005 but has never been installed due to a change in business direction.

The machine is designed to effectively bag sheets of expanded polystyrene but can be used for any other board. The finished bagging is fully enclosed on all sides.

The original price was 55,000 Euro but will accept any sensible offer.

Installation will be provided by the original equipment manufacturer VIRO d.o.o. at extra cost.

The machine consists of the following components :

  • material loading table

  • pusher

  • bag former

  • system for welding PE film with auto folding system

  • thermo shrinking blowers group

  • gravity output conveyor

  • control panel with PLC

Operating principle :

The operator manually inserts a stack of EPS/PU boards or similar, onto the material loading table of the packaging machine in front of the pusher .
When the stack of EPS boards is placed in the machine, the operator starts the wrapping cycle - the pusher pushes the stack into the bag and the welding system automatically closes the bag.

The loosley wrapped bundle enters the second stage, which uses thermo shrinking blowers to tighten and strengthen the pack.

All bundles will have folds and will be welded on the width of 1.200 or 1.000 mm.
